Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Company: Puragain Water
Location: On site at the corporate office, Las Vegas NV
Schedule: Monday to Friday, in office 5 days per week
Job type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000 per year
Focus: Run day to day HR operations for HQ and field teams, with emphasis on Nevada and California compliance using ADP TotalSource
Core responsibilities:
- Primary HR contact for Las Vegas HQ and multi state locations
- Onboarding, I 9 and E Verify, employee records, and data integrity in ADP TotalSource
- Timekeeping reviews, payroll inputs coordination, and benefits changes
- Maintain required postings, support compliance audits, and keep trackers current
- Employee relations intake, documentation, and case tracking
- Administer leaves of absence and accommodation workflows
- Support workers compensation claim intake and follow through
